Either party can cancel at any given time with prior notice
It is the seller’s responsibility to disclose any existing finance. We may settle finance directly if agreed. If the vehicle is in negative equity, the seller must cover the difference.
We will arrange a collection date and provide a time window. We are not liable for any missed collection times. At collection, you must provide:
All keys and service records
Current MOT and V5 (logbook)
User manuals and proof of ownership
Our representative will inspect the vehicle. If discrepancies are found, a revised offer may be made, or the contract may be canceled.
